Does Your Slow Computer Need A Register Clean?
You could be in real need a register clean if the answer to any or all of the questions
below is "yes":
I used to think I was a bit of a pro, and knew how to keep my computer running smoothly and quickly.
I have a good firewall, TWO virus checkers, software to check for Bots and Trojans, and I defrag regularly.
My operating system is Microsoft's Windows XP, so I couldn't blame the problems on a lack of computer hardware
horsepower (the sort of problem that Windows Vista users sometimes have).
But still my machine started to slow down, give me an increasing number of errors, reboot unexpectely and
complain about missing DLLs.
I was pretty sure I was quite well-protected from spyware (although virus-checkers are not perfect),
particularly as I was using Firefox rather than Internet Explorer, with all its known weaknesses.
The Registry was the Problem - and a Register Clean the Solution!
Then the light dawned! The Registry!
A quick download of the troubleshooting program from the Registry Mechanic site identified the problem.

More than 200 problems in the Windows Registry - and
this in a well-maintained machine.
No wonder I had a sluggish computer.
Unless you're a real Geek, the Registry is a fairly mysterious place. Every Windows-based PC has a database
called a Registry, that the Windows operating system uses to keep track of processes and programs. This includes
Windows 95 and 98, SE, 2000, XP and Vista.
What you might not know is that over time, even if you do nothing wrong, the Registry can gradually fill up with
all sorts of errors. Just your normal day-to-day operations, going online to the internet, downloading or moving
files, adding and deleting programs, and generally working away as normal, can lead to error messages, freezes,
crashes and program problems.

It's a problem you can't ignore. It won't go away by itself. In fact, it will
probably just get worse and worse as the number of invalid entries increases.
Happily, it's a problem that is easy to fix, and assuming that you are not brave enought to try
a manual registryfix, there's a tool called a registry cleaner designed especially as a repair
program.

Most registry cleaners are safe, quick and easy to use,
and the more advanced registry repair software does an amazing job, checks invalid entries thoroughly, makes the
necessary repairs and completes the recovery process in a matter of minutes.
We've listed a number of registry repair packages on this site, with their attributes and a price
indication.
Many of them (if not all) allow you to download a free scan facility that will help you decide whether it is
worth buying the full package. Run the test utility, and if you get errors like the ones shown above,
download the full registry-cleaner program.
Follow the instructions (usually a one-click progess), and all those registry error messages will disappear.
You'll be amazed at the difference a register clean will make.
